How do you make time to blog?
I try to make time to blog everyday. I usually set aside an amount of time each day to brainstorm, write-up posts, and blog hop everyday. The best thing I can suggest it putting yourself on a schedule in order to have good time management. I try to blog whenever I have some solid free time.
Do you regret blogging?
Never! My only regret is not starting a blog sooner. I didn’t start blogging till I went to college and wished I started in my high school years.
What are the best things about blogging?
Getting the opportunity to meet authors, bloggers, and other readers. It’s always fun to meet new people! Plus I really enjoy reviewing ARCs and indie books. 🙂
What are the worst things about blogging?
It’s a tie between time management and coming up with new ideas. Sometimes I get stumped by what kind posts readers would like to see or fun posts that I could write-up. As for time management, some days are much busier than others and I struggle to keep up with schedule I set for myself. I learned to not get too upset about it and just go with the flow.
What social media do you recommend creating before starting your blog?
Definitely the big three: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. It’s good to have accounts on other sites where other people can not only chat with you, but they act as other venues for people to find your blog. I wish I had started my Instagram for my blog when I first created it.
What do you do if you need help with your ideas for future posts?
Sometimes I get inspired by other blogs or brainstorm ideas of things I like/have read and curate lists or discussions about them. Other times I use posts like these:

What is your best post?
I can’t think of my best post overall but here are some of my favorites:
When I Was a Kid Reading Was Cool
What is your worst post?
I can’t think of one specific posts that stand out. But I know my earlier book reviews weren’t the strongest. I was still in the process of developing the style and format of my blog so I feel like my reviews could have been a lot longer and a bit more constructive. I’ve come a long way since then!
How long have you been blogging for?
This blog has been going on four years! I can’t believe it!
How long will you blog for?
I’m not sure, but I hope I will be able to keep blogging for a long time.
