No Ideas But in Things: A book cover that perfectly expresses the novel inside it
This story has many sad moments, but the cover reflects the tight-knit friendship that the plot revolves around. I loved the detailed art style in this manga!
Dark and Lovely: A book cover that is so creepalicious you just want to eat it up
This book was so good! The cover is so eerie, isn’t it? It really set the tone for the whole book. Review will be on the blog this week!
Sugary Sweet: A cute cover that is so fluffy you want to give it a hug
This was such a cute romance manga that focuses on journey of self-love, opening your heart, and going on new adventures. The writer is working on new material so I can’t wait to see Oriana and Jae-hwa’s story continue.
The Simple Aesthetic: A book cover that stuns with the most minimalistic of design
I really like the colors paired with the silhouette design. I think it really helps it shine on a bookshelf. Plus I like that the design is not too busy.
Cover Envy: A book cover you wish you had on your shelves, but don’t…yet
I don’t think I’ll be able to read this book by the end of 2018, but maybe next year? The MC looks like a bad-ass on the cover. Plus you guys know how much I like a action-packed, historical YA book.
Traveling Abroad: A beautiful book cover featuring a country outside of your own
This novel moves a little slow (for my tastes), but you can really grasp the scenery of the MC’s travels from the detailed description in the book and I love how you can see the Eiffel Tower in the background of the cover.
The Color Wheel: A cover that showcases one of your favorite colors
Pink is my favorite color! I enjoyed this story thoroughly and the artwork is done very well!
Oldie but Goodie: A favorite cover of your favorite classic
It’s a very simplistic cover, compared to the other versions. But I love how the flowers stand out among the sepia/gray-scale photo in this design.
And the Winner is…: Which book cover mentioned above is your favorite?
I’d really like to own a copy of this book, so I can showcase it on my bookshelves and coffee table. It has such a good aesthetic!

I’ve been contemplating reading Dread Nation. The audiobook is available on Hoopla too! If you read it early 2019, let me know how you like it!
Will do! I feel like behind with reading 2018 releases. #thatreaderlife
