Book Tag Thursday: Would You Rather

Would you rather only read trilogies or only read standalones?

I would rather only read trilogies, since I do read a lot of series. I would miss reading standalones, but most of the time I read standalones and I wish there was more to the story, since I’m not a big re-reader.

Would you rather only read male or female authors?

Female authors. I don’t want to seem biased, but I since I am female I relate more to stories that feature female protagonists or are written by female authors.

Would you rather shop at Barnes and Noble or Amazon?

As much as I love Amazon and it’s lovely inexpensive prices I would have to pick Barnes & Noble. Online shopping can’t replace the feeling/experience of shopping at a physical bookstore where I can hold actual books in my hand.

Would you rather books were made into TV shows or movies?

Hmm…TV shows. That way the story can be spread out into episodes and seasons. I don’t like when movies cram a huge book into two hours and cut out a lot of the good stuff.

Would you rather read only 5 pages per day or 5 books per week?

5 books per week. I read almost as much as that during the summer, plus I don’t like to read one book at a time.

Would you rather be a professional author or reviewer?

As much as I love getting awesome books to review, I would love to be professional author. It’s always been my dream to write books for a living.

Would you rather be a librarian or a bookseller?

Librarian! My other dream job! I’ve always thought that was a cool job since I was little.

Would you rather read only your favorite genre, or every other genre but your favorite?

My favorite genre, I might get tired of it, but at least I know that I will almost always have a positive reading experience.

Would you rather only read ebooks or physical books?

Physical books! I love having the actual feeling of a book in my hands.
