This week’s video comes from Austrailian Booktuber Chami from the channel “Read Like Wildfire”. Since Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur has been attracting many readers, Chami shares some great recommendations for those who want to enjoy more modern poetry. As you might already know, I’m not the biggest poetry reader/fan and actually prefer reading novels written in verse rather than poetry. I will say that I do enjoy modern poetry 1000x more than classic poems and they are much more enjoyable and easy to read/understand. I look forward to trying some of the books Chami recommends in her video.
