Tea Time Review: Adagio Teas Fandom Tea- BTS’s “Blood, Sweat & Tears”
Hello fellow readers and tea drinkers! Welcome to another edition of Tea Time Review where I try various types of teas and share my thoughts about them. To see my most recent tea review, click here.

Earlier this year when I ordered some new teas to try from Adagio Teas I decided to order another fandom tea as well. Being that I’m a huge fan of BTS I decided to try one of the many BTS teas offered on their site.
I chose the “Blood, Sweat, and Tears” tea named after one of their popular songs.

“Peaches and cream, Sweeter than sweet, Chocolate cheeks, And chocolate wings, But your wings are wings of the devil, In front of your sweet is bitter bitter.”

The tea’s main ingredients are: Cream, Peach, and Chocolate. It’s accented with Apricot, Cocoa Nibs, and Freeze Dried Mango. This tea contains a high level of caffeine and it’s recommended that your steep it at 212° for 3 minutes.

Now it’s tea time!
Overall Thoughts

I was excited about trying this tea since I saw it’s good ratings on Adagio Teas. I enjoyed this tea, but I definitely have some mixed feelings about it. I loved the rich aroma of chocolate that permeated the air from when I opened the tea tin through the steeping process. With all the flavors combined though I didn’t taste much of a the fruit featured in the blend and tasted a bit more like hazelnut.
I tried the tea by itself and with sugar. I found the blend to be a little too strong even though I love caffeinated teas. It was a little dry and I think (for me) I’d enjoy it with milk! If you like a stronger taste drink this tea by itself and if you’d like a sweeter flavor use milk or sugar.
