What I’m Listening To…Halloween Edition 2020
Hello readers! I love listening to music of all genres on a daily basis. I can’t go a day without popping on some headphones and listening to some upbeat tunes while I dance around my room or relax from a long day by listening to calming songs. In this blog post series I’ll be sharing some of my favorite song picks with you in a mini-playlist of five songs.
For this month’s edition of “What I’m Listening To” I decided to supply you with some spooky tunes for Halloween! This time around I chose some songs made for Halloween or have a supernatural theme to it. Enjoy!

Grim Grinning Ghosts by Disney
Whenever I hear this song I instantly think of Halloween and Disney. Haunted Mansion is my favorite ride in the Magic Kingdom and this song reminds of riding through it’s spooky halls. It’s such a fun song!
Superstition by Stevie Wonder
This is a great staple song for any Halloween party! Superstition is such a classic Wonder tune and it’s one of my favorite songs by him. You can’t help but dance along to this funky song.
Bury a Friend by Billie Eilish
When I think of Spooky season Eilish comes to mind. The imagery for this music is haunting and sends a chill down your spine. I like the jazzy style of singing and the distorted melody to give off a eerie vibe.

Princess and Frog is a movie I always watch and this song is definitely in my top five Disney villains songs. Dr. Facilier is a menacing and playful villain and I like how this song reflects his personality.
Men in Black by Will Smith
This movie was the perfect blend of Sci-fi and comedy as kid. It was so much fun to watch! I figured this would be a nice upbeat song to close out this playlist. Always a good track to jam to!
And that concludes my Halloween playlist! What songs do you recommend? Let me know in the comments below!
